WHAT DO I NEED TO CONSIDER FOR CAMPING?Whilst most of our camping areas are flat, there will be areas that may require some leveling. We recommend that you prepare for this if this is a discomfort for you please bring leveling blocks. Our traffic control team will do their utmost to support you within their capacity. Top Tip: Arrive early to get the best camping spots!

WHAT ARE THE CAMPING OPTIONS?Your festival tickets include General Camping! This gives you access to our main campground areas. Your other option is to purchase a deluxe camping package from us. This gives you a marked site for your camping, with or without power. You will have to book these in advance. Limited Powered Campsites reserved 10m x 10m We also have a specific area for Family Camping and RV (extra cost) For booking Glamping Packages Visit the Booking Page: Go to our Glamping Village booking page. Choose Your Package: Select from our available options for a double bed or two single beds. Customize Your Stay: Add up to three more guests by choosing a combination of beds. Confirm Your Reservation: A team member will contact you to collect a $250 refundable bond, returned within five business days after the festival if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY PET?No! There is a strict no pet policy. There are numerous health and safety issues with dogs and cats and other pets at festivals, and our event permit does not allow any animals onsite. Please help us make the festival clean and safe for everyone. If you arrive with your pet, you will be turned away. This applies to patrons and crew and artists alike... no exceptions!

WHERE IS INITIATION FESTIVAL LOCATED?The INITIATION NYE 24/25 is located near the Warwick, QLD. Not too far from last year's location with an easy access from Brisbane and Gold Coast, just 2,5h drive. Address: 12 Roona Rd, Junabee QLD 4370

CAN I USE CB RADIOS AT THE FESTIVAL VENUE?The use of CB radios is permitted.

ARE THERE ATMS ON THE SITE?No, there will be NO ATM onsite. Please bring adequate cash to make any meal or market stall purchases you may wish for the duration of the event.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING GLASS?NO! Do not bring any glass bottles as these will be confiscated. It's not hard to do some searching to find your favourite drinks in cans, or to decant the contents of glass bottles into plastic or steel drink containers. Glass is dangerous to everyone at the festival including our amazing recycling team and children, so please don't bring any glass.

CAN I BUY ALCOHOL AT THE FESTIVAL?No. Alcohol will not be sold or served at the festival. This is BYO event.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING ALCOHOL?BYO Alcohol Policy for INITIATION NYE Festival 24/25 Each guest may bring up to 24 cans of beer, 1 bottle of distilled spirits (750 ml), or 12 pre-mixed drinks (375 ml each) or 2 bottles of wine (750 ml each). Alcohol amounts must be declared upon entry. Guests will not be allowed to leave and re-enter with additional alcohol after admission. No glass containers are allowed. The festival encourages responsible drinking and reserves the right to confiscate excessive alcohol and remove anyone violating safety policies. WILL THERE A BUS SERVICE?There is no BUS service run by INITIATION, best option travelling to Warwick from Brisbane. Crips Coaches Run service to Warwick from Brisbane https://www.crisps.com.au From Warwick to the Event's site is only 10 Minutes drive (10Km)

CAN I BRING GAS COOKERS?Gas Cookers have been approved in the past and unless there is a high fire risk and we are advised otherwise by local fire authorities, we expect gas cookers to be permitted.
